Contingency model

  • With a contingency model, we only require payment if we successfully fill the roll

  • In order to find the right fit, we get to know you, your leadership style, and your hiring needs.

  • Scout will execute the agreed-upon plan, and deliver you a number of qualified candidates to interview and choose from.

  • We will continue to partner with you and your hire(s), regularly following up, and making any necessary adjustments based on your feedback.

Payment Upon Placement

RETAINER model

  • With this model, our businesses agree to a committed partnership with a vision for the longer term. This dynamic allows for Scout to become your go-to partner in matters related to finding, training, and retaining talent.

  • Longer lasting partnerships allow us to know and serve you better. You can rest assured knowing that Scout "gets" you and your business, and will continually place our attention on maintaining a team that takes you exactly where you want to go.

  • If retained, Scout will be available to you at all times

  • This dynamic leads to better hires, improved retention, growth and evolution.

Price negotiated and paid in installments

HYBRID model

  • A hybrid model would include aspects of both retained and contingency models, to varying degrees, depending on your circumstances

  • This can lead to a more clear proposition value, services more directly catered toward your individuality.

  • This is a prime model for mid to executive level positions

  • It is also ideal because in Scout, you'll find a a trusted, go-to partner who assuredly delivers exactly what you expect.
