At Scout Talent Acquisition, we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find and retain quality professionals. My name is Paige Ballard, and I am Executive Director of Scout Talent Acquisition. In my years of experience, I have recruited for several industries, including sales, hospitality, and healthcare. Having realized there are better ways to recruit, train, and retain employees, I imagined a small agency of my own—one that helps businesses build strong, high-performing sales teams and filling niche and/or difficult to fill roles.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree from the University of Missouri, and throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation as a hardworking, strategic and dedicated recruiter. I am dedicated to clients and candidates alike, and have found that the path to success begins not only with discipline, but in building authentic and trusting relationships with both clients and candidates.

I have been lucky enough to connect with Nick Darr, owner of BigZ Media,. In his extensive experience as a salesman and a manager, he has observed the difficulty in hiring and retaining quality salespeople. Now, it is more difficult than ever. Our mutual desire to provide solutions to hiring hurdles led to our partnership. Together our combined experience, expertise and ambition make the foundation of Scout Talent Acquisition.
